RE Recruitment Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager for a stand-alone field-based role across the UK, primarily England. Based near Tewkesbury with occasional travel to Scotland, you will build new relationships and develop existing accounts.

This permanent, full-time position offers a base salary around £40,000 with uncapped quarterly commission, a company car, fuel card, pension and 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within manufacturing/technical environments.
• Experience in rubber/plastics or manufacturing services is desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive outbound calls and meetings across the UK (primarily England).
• Develop new leads and grow the client base with long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and timely sales reporting.
