Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager (Leisure Homes) to drive sales on a field-based, autonomous basis across Scotland. You will manage a full sales cycle, build new relationships and grow existing accounts, with uncapped commission and a company car on offer.

Remote- with travel around Scotland, the role offers progression and training within a long-established leisure homes manufacturer, with a strong UK presence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Development Manager or similar.
• Field-based sales role.
• Interest in Leisure Homes.
• Willingness to travel within Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Sell Leisure Homes and related products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and develop existing accounts.
• Manage full sales cycle across multiple projects.
• Cover a regional patch across Scotland.
• Work on the road daily and influence sales strategy.
