Job summary

Lucion Services Ltd is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to join the Hazardous Materials team around Hemel Hempstead. This hands-on surveying role covers commercial buildings and various client sites, requiring accurate data collection and clear reporting.

You will work across Hemel Hempstead and Hertfordshire, using NexGen to produce high-quality reports while adhering to asbestos legislation and guidance. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold BOHS P402, an RSPH equivalent qualification, or a Certificate of Competence.
• Good working knowledge of HSG264 (The Survey Guide).
• Full UK manual driving licence and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Carry out asbestos surveys including Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
• Travel to client sites across Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas.
• Collect site data with a phablet and produce NexGen reports.
• Ensure work complies with HSG264 and current regulations.
• Maintain QHSE documentation and internal assurance processes.
