Job summary

Lucion Services Ltd is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to join the Hazardous Materials team covering London and surrounding areas. You will perform hands-on surveys on diverse sites, ensuring accurate data collection and compliant reporting.

The role requires BOHS P402 or equivalent, strong HSG264 knowledge, and a valid UK driving licence. Travel and flexible hours are part of the job, with extensive field activity across London and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in asbestos surveying and reporting for multiple site types.
• Knowledge of HSG264 and relevant asbestos legislation.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel around London and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Carry out asbestos surveying including Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
• Travel across London and surrounding areas on varied sites.
• Collect accurate data and produce high‑quality reports using NexGen.
• Ensure compliance with HSG264, HSE requirements, and construction regulations.
• Maintain QHSE documentation and provide clear client advice.
