Job summary

Lucion Services Ltd is hiring an Asbestos Surveyor based around Market Harborough, Leicestershire. You will perform Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys and travel to client sites across the area, collecting precise data and producing reports with NexGen.

You will follow HSG264 guidance, maintain QA & safety documentation, and provide clear advice to clients. A UK driving licence and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold BOHS P402, an RSPH equivalent qualification, or a Certificate of Competence.
• Solid knowledge of HSG264 (The Survey Guide).
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Based in or near Market Harborough, Leicestershire or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and inspection (Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys).
• Travel across Market Harborough, Leicestershire and surrounding areas to client sites.
• Collect accurate data and produce high-quality reports using NexGen system.
• Ensure compliance with asbestos legislation and guidance.
• Provide clear advice and professional interpretation to clients.
