Job summary

Genuit Group, including the Nuaire brand, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to promote commercial ventilation ranges and secure consultant specifications across a UK-wide territory. The role is field-based, with a 37.5-hour week, and requires strong relationship-building and product knowledge to win projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/mechanical contracting sales.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain consultant networks.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient with CRM and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic network of consultants and visit/meet them regularly.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and support customers and colleagues.
• Work with Contractor Representative to drive project specifications.
• Capture and share project information to drive orders and profits.
• Aim to exceed area sales targets and maintain product knowledge.
