Job summary

Nuaire is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive the Commercial Specification Team across the South of England and Wales. You will lead and develop the team, forge strong customer relationships, and exceed sales targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will travel to support the team and customers, act as an ambassador for Nuaire, and help shape future growth opportunities within the UK market.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales track record of achievement and/or management of a field sales team.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationships with Consultants and End Clients.
• Effective communication and presentation/report writing skills.
• UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Specification Sales Team to exceed sales targets and performance; include team organisation, motivation, training and talent management.
• Forecast and set sales targets; track performance and market activity; report to Sales Director.
• Develop the Specification Sales by supporting team members on customer visits, meetings and events; some outside normal hours.
• Act as an ambassador for Nuaire and role model for a positive culture.
• Ensure close work with internal commercial sales office, technical teams and wider company areas.
• Host monthly team coordination meetings for training, feedback and collaboration.
• Ensure regular updates to the Project Tracking system to support processes.
• Report market conditions and competitor activity; identify growth areas and support marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and NPD teams to identify future product opportunities.
• Gain and maintain product/technical competence across the range and present information to audiences.
• Support the Sales Director to achieve regional sales objectives with regional data and strategic input.
