Harbourne Associates Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to own a significant territory across Cambridge and adjacent regions.

This field-based role focuses on winning new business, growing existing customers and increasing wallet share for hydraulic hose replacement and fluid transfer solutions. You will promote a market-leading range, work with local service centres, and drive revenue growth through strong account management and territory planning.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in field-based B2B sales.
• Experience selling to industrial and construction markets.
• Ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with strong negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan for high-value industrial prospects.
• Identify, target and win new business opportunities across the region.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Conduct 8 quality face-to-face customer meetings per day.
• Win, onboard and grow key customer accounts.
• Increase revenue and wallet share in existing accounts.
• Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Maintain relationships and coordinate service delivery with local centres.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, territory performance and opportunities.
• Monitor market activity and identify new sectors and customers.
