Job summary

Canon Medical Systems UK is seeking an Account Manager for the Commercial Service team across the Central Region of the UK. The role is field-based, with face-to-face customer meetings two to three days per week and occasional travel across the UK.

You will protect and grow the service business, retain contracts, develop new opportunities, negotiate service agreements and coordinate tender submissions, delivering value to our customers.

Qualifications

• Previous account management or business development experience in healthcare or technical service is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities while owning results.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and negotiate service agreements.
• Coordinate tender submissions and conduct regular customer service reviews.
• Develop detailed understanding of customers, equipment and evolving requirements to deliver value.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Technical Support and Equipment Sales to ensure a coordinated approach.
