Qualifications

• 3+ years of selling a service or solution-based offerings.
• Track record of both account management and new business development.
• Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset.
• Sales-driven, energetic, sociable and proactive personality.
• Passion for cycling is helpful but must pair with strong sales focus.
• Ability to communicate at all levels persuasively.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent selling skills built on trust and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and expand the client base – Field based.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of the industry and our service.
• Own the full sales process from leads to closing.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and grow accounts.
• Collaborate with trainers and colleagues to stay informed.
• Attend events to network and create leads.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and customers.
• Deliver solution-led presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Manage diary and workload effectively.
• Balance territory to 60% account management and 40% new business.
• Work with supportive management team.
• Focus on field sales with no telesales responsibilities.
