Qualifications

• 3+ years of selling a service or solution-based offerings.
• Track record of both account management and new business development.
• Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
• Sales-driven, energetic, sociable and proactive personality.
• Passion for cycling, with a clear passion for sales and building relationships.
• Ability to communicate at all levels in an influential manner.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and expand the client base - Field based.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of the industry and our service.
• Own the full sales process from leads to closing.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and grow accounts.
• Attend events to network and create leads.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and customers.
• Deliver tailored solution-led presentations.
• Manage your diary and workload effectively.
• Grow the territory toward 60% account management and 40% new business.
• Work with supportive management.
• Focus on field sales with no telesales responsibilities.
