Qualifications

• 3+ years of selling a service or solution-based offering.
• Track record of both account management and new business development.
• Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
• Sales-driven, energetic, sociable and proactive personality.
• Passion or basic interest for cycling supported by sales enthusiasm.
• Ability to communicate at all levels persuasively.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven targets attainment.
• Excellent selling skills built on trust and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and expand the client base – Field based.
• Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of the industry and our service.
• Own the full sales process from leads to closing.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and maximise growth.
• Work with trainers to stay informed about service and industry.
• Attend events to network and create leads.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients.
• Deliver solution-led presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Manage diary and workload to grow territory.
• Aim for 60% account management and 40% new business.
• Collaborate with management for support and guidance.
• Focus on field sales with no telesales responsibilities.
