Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a proactive Field Application Specialist to deliver on-site support for product installations, training, and troubleshooting. You will install equipment, run tests, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimum performance.

You will train customers on technical equipment, handle complex issues, and support go-live events while maintaining strong relationships and clear communications. Travel to customer sites will be regular.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within a related industry; veterinary diagnostics experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confident presentation skills.
• Relationship management skills and ability to train customers on technical equipment.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer support for product installation, training, and troubleshooting in line with company policies.
• Install equipment at customer locations, assemble components, run tests, and adjust as needed with internal teams.
• Deliver engaging customer training and provide clear documentation and materials.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with in-house technical teams for complex challenges.
• Support new customer installations and go-live events to ensure a smooth experience.
• Proactively manage customer communications before site visits to gather insights and anticipate needs.
• Highlight benefits of additional products and services to add customer value.
