Job summary

Marsveterinary is seeking a proactive Field Application Specialist to deliver exceptional on-site support across central UK, including travel to West Midlands and surrounding regions. You will install equipment, train customers, and troubleshoot while maintaining strong customer relationships.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with a fixed-term contract. Ideal candidates have proven field experience in veterinary diagnostics, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on technical

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within a related industry.
• Veterinary diagnostics experience highly preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer support for product installation, training and troubleshooting.
• Install equipment at customer locations and perform tests with internal teams.
• Deliver tailored customer training with clear documentation.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with in-house technical teams.
• Support new customer installations and go-live events.
• Proactively manage customer communications prior to site visits.
• Highlight benefits of additional products and services.
