Antech Diagnostics is seeking a proactive Field Application Specialist to deliver on-site support for product installations, training, and troubleshooting. You will install equipment, run tests, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimum performance.
You will train customers on technical equipment, handle complex issues, and support go-live events while maintaining strong relationships and clear communications. Travel to customer sites will be regular.
Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract
Location: Candidate's should ideally be based around the West Midlands area. The role covers the central belt of the UK including Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and across to the Wales coast.
We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Field Application Specialist to deliver exceptional on-site support.
