An arts organization in Scotland is seeking a passionate Fiddle Tutor to provide weekly lessons and lead ensembles for young musicians aged 8 to 18. This part-time, permanent position is based at the Stirling Traditional Music Centre. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Instrumental Tutor to deliver high-quality weekly fiddle instrumental lessons and lead ensembles of mixed instrumentation aged 8–18 at our Saturday Traditional Music Centres, delivered in partnership with Stirling Council.
In this role, you will teach fiddle and groupwork as part of our highly regarded Junior Conservatoire programme. Lessons take place on Saturdays during the day at our Stirling Traditional Music Centre, McLaren High School, Callander.

We work to remove barriers to participation, provide opportunities that might otherwise not exist, and deliver successful initiatives that increase music engagement among young people.
This post will involve 28 days of teaching per academic session, 5 hours per week.
