Job summary

Netomnia is seeking an Installation Engineer in Spalding to install fibre connections at customer premises and maintain high service standards. Reporting to the Field Manager, you will handle tools and a company vehicle, comply with H&S, and work to meet KPIs in a full-time role.

Incentives include a starting salary of £30,100–£34,000 with a 20% target bonus and extra pay for one additional Saturday per month, potentially reaching £39,000 on-target earnings per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role (Openreach network) preferred.
• Strong H&S practices and risk assessment awareness.
• Proven customer service experience and positive attitude.
• Excellent organisation and communication abilities.
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install fibre connections at customer premises, ensuring high service standards.
• Maintain customer service quality during installations.
