Job summary

CityFibre is seeking a field-based network engineer to diagnose and resolve faults across the fibre network from exchange to premises. You will use advanced diagnostic tools, manage complex installations, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

A fully expensed van and a performance bonus accompany a competitive salary. The role requires hands-on fibre experience, fault-finding skills, and ability to travel to the York region as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fibre experience across build and fault repair.
• Ability to diagnose and fix faults with minimal service disruption.
• Knowledge of safe systems of works and relevant awards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve faults across the network from Fibre Exchange to end-user premises.
• Manage installations and repairs with safety protocols and timely completion.
• Utilise diagnostic tools to assess network issues efficiently.
• Travel as required, with a fully expensed van provided.
