Job summary

The Studio in Central London is seeking a Procurement Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term freelance basis. Based in Central London, they operate a hybrid setup with 2–3 days per week in the office and the remainder working from home.

You will manage procurement across FF&E, furniture, finishes and bespoke interior elements, including supplier liaison, quotations, tender comparisons, purchase orders, budget tracking, lead times, logistics and delivery coordination through to installation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procurement or FF&E coordination experience in design-led environments.
• Strong budgeting, cost tracking, purchase orders and supplier coordination skills.
• Able to read technical drawings and FF&E schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement across FF&E, furniture, finishes and bespoke interior elements.
• Coordinate supplier liaison, quotations and tender comparisons, and issue purchase orders.
• Track budgets, lead times, logistics and delivery through to installation.
