You will collaborate with various departments, manage supplier relationships, and oversee procurement timelines for new openings. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a similar role within interior design, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience managing substantial budgets. Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in furniture procurement within an interior design environment.
• Evidence of managing a procurement budget around £0.5 million.
• Strong skills in procurement software and asset management software.

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement of FF&E and consumables for the Property Development and Operations teams.
• Support Interior Designer in building a strong contract furniture supplier list.
• Manage the procurement timeline and schedules for all new building openings.
• Track purchases and manage VAT invoicing.
• Negotiate preferential rates with suppliers.
