Job summary

Winch Design is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, purchasing and delivery of FF&E and Owner’s Supply on luxury projects. From budgeting and specification through to delivery, installation and aftercare you’ll manage schedules, invoices and supplier relationships to keep projects on track.

You’ll collaborate with interior designers, project managers and the finance team to ensure budgets remain accurate and projects reflect the studio’s creative vision across high-end residential,

Qualifications

• At least four years' experience in purchasing and FF&E production management for luxury projects.
• Ability to translate sketches or concepts into detailed working specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, purchasing and delivery of FF&E and Owner’s Supply items across luxury projects.
• Manage delivery schedules, invoices and budgets, and maintain clear progress reports.
• Coordinate with senior procurement managers, project managers, interior designers and suppliers.
