You will work closely with directors, delivering concepts through to completion, with advanced space planning, detailed drawings, schedules and specifications, and a keen eye for construction detail and client communication. This freelance position offers flexible collaboration with a renowned studio.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury residential interiors.
• Strong FF&E background with sourcing knowledge.
• Advanced space planning and concept development.
• Experience managing multiple high-end projects simultaneously.
• Confident producing detailed drawing packages, schedules, and specifications.
• Strong construction knowledge and client-facing skills.
