Position :

A well-established design studio is seeking a Middleweight FF&E Designer to work across commercial-led projects, including Build to Rent, co-living and mixed-use schemes, with a strong focus on amenity and public-facing areas.

This role suits a designer experienced in commercial or hospitality-adjacent environments, balancing creative FF&E design with practical delivery. You’ll take ownership of assigned FF&E packages from concept through to specification, coordination and installation, working closely with interiors and project teams. The role includes exposure to client presentations, supplier liaison and site involvement.

Candidate :

The ideal candidate will come from a commercial or hospitality-adjacent background and be confident designing FF&E with a clear understanding of cost, programme and delivery. Strong AutoCAD and Adobe CS skills are essential, alongside good knowledge of materials, finishes and bespoke furniture.
