Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking a skilled Fencing Operative to join the Responsive Repairs team covering the Kent area.

The role involves carrying out fencing repairs, replacements, and installations in residents’ homes and estates, delivering high-quality workmanship with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction. You will work across properties and communal spaces, ensuring secure and well-presented fencing solutions while complying with safety standards and company protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in fencing repairs and installations.
• Ability to work in residents' homes and in communal areas.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive fencing repairs and replacements, including timber, concrete post, panel, and metal fencing systems.
• Install new boundary fences, gates, and access points to required specifications.
• Remove and safely dispose of damaged or old fencing materials.
• Set concrete posts, mix and pour concrete, and level ground as required.
• Carry out gate repairs and installations, including hinges, latches, and locking mechanisms.
