Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join a housing repairs team in Ealing. You will perform a wide range of repairs within tenanted social housing, covering carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and decorating, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Applicants should hold a Full UK driving licence and DBS check. A company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform are provided, along with generous leave and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (manual) is required.
• DBS basic check is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform responsive repairs and maintenance across tenanted social housing properties.
• Replace and repair skirting boards, architraves, and internal door frames.
• Install, adjust, and repair kitchen units, worktops, and cupboard doors.
• Repair internal doors, handles, locks, hinges and ironmongery.
• Identify and fix minor plumbing issues (leaks, dripping taps, blocked sinks).
• Patch plastering and restore damaged walls, ceilings and surfaces.
• Carry out tiling and grouting, including sealing and finishing.
• Paint and decorate to a high-quality standard after repairs.
