Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a skilled Fencing Operative to join our responsive repairs team. The role covers the Kent area, performing fencing repairs, replacements, and installations in residents' homes and communal spaces to high standards.

You will work across properties and estates, ensuring safety, security, and excellent customer service while delivering quality workmanship and meeting required specifications.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive fencing repairs and replacements, including timber, concrete post, panel, and metal fencing systems.
• Install new boundary fences, gates, and access points to the required specification and standard.
• Remove and safely dispose of damaged or old fencing materials.
• Set concrete posts, mix and pour concrete, and level ground as required.
• Carry out gate repairs and installations, including hinges, latches, and locking mechanisms
