Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead a social housing repairs and maintenance team covering Kent. The role focuses on responsive repairs, driving performance and delivering a high‑quality service to residents.

Based in East Kent, you will lead trade operatives and subcontractors, ensure repairs are completed safely and on time, carry out property inspections and collaborate with planning and customer service teams to deliver an excellent resident experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising repairs or maintenance teams within social housing.
• Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and building maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Confident using IT systems to manage workloads and performance.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of trade operatives and subcontractors delivering responsive repairs.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Carry out property inspections and monitor the quality of completed works.
• Work closely with planning and customer service teams to ensure an excellent resident experience.
• Promote health and safety, manage performance and support the development of your team.
