CareTech Community Services in Sellindge is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will deliver person-centred support in line with individual plans and help with daily living tasks.
No prior experience needed—full training is provided. You will work a rota that includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with DBS required and opportunities for progression within a supportive team.

Belmont is a care home which provides care and support for6 residents or in the annex supporting one gentleman on a 2:1 basis. They support people with Learning disability and Autism. They support the residents to be as independent as possible and learn everyday living skills, different activities, achieve goals and aspirations and gain confidence in themselves. They support people with various communication needs.
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
