Job summary

Cygnet (DH) Limited is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team at Kensington Gardens, Darlington. The role is part-time (24 hours per week) with day/evening shifts including weekends, providing care to individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours.

Applicants must be female due to the service requirements. The role offers progression through our apprenticeship scheme, ongoing coaching and a comprehensive benefits package

You will be working part time, 24 hours per week (days/nights/alternate weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens. You'll be working shifts: - 7am - 7pm, 8am - 8pm, 9am - 9pm and waking nights 7pm - 7am. Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.

Due to the occupational needs, and the demands of the service we are only able to accept female applicants for this role.
