Job summary

Cygnet Healthcare is seeking a Female Bank Support Worker for Kensington Gardens in Darlington. The role involves delivering enhanced care across flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends) to support individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours.

Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check and join a team dedicated to empowering service users to live more independently within a supportive environment.

We are looking for an outstanding Female Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts (days,nights,weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens.

You’ll be working shifts:- 7am – 7pm,9am – 9pm, 10am – 10pm and waking nights 7pm – 7am.

Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.

*Due to the occupational needs, and the demands of the service we are only able to accept female applicants for this role*
