Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a Female Bank Support Worker to provide high‑quality care at Kensington Gardens in Darlington. You’ll work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends) to support individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, safeguarding and maintaining a safe environment, with DBS checks required and a range of staff benefits offered by Cygnet.

Qualifications

We are looking for an outstanding Female Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.


You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts (days,nights,weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens.


You’ll be working shifts:- 7am - 7pm,9am - 9pm, 10am - 10pm and waking nights 7pm - 7am.


Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.


*Due to the occupational needs, and the demands of the service we are only able to accept female applicants for this role*
