Cygnet is seeking a Female Bank Support Worker for Kensington Gardens, Darlington. You will provide compassionate care across shifts (days, nights, weekends) to people with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours.

We are looking for an outstanding Female Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.
You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts (days,nights,weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens.
You’ll be working shifts:- 7am - 7pm, 9am - 9pm, 10am - 10pm and waking nights 7pm - 7am.
Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.
