Job summary

Cygnet Kensington Gardens in Darlington is seeking a female support worker to deliver person-centred care to residents with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours. The role is 24 hours per week across days, nights and alternate weekends.

You will work shifts from 7am–7pm, 8am–8pm, 9am–9pm and nights 7pm–7am; you’ll be supported by a dedicated team with access to a broad range of employee benefits.

We are looking for an outstanding Female Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You will be working part time, 24 hours per week (days/nights/alternate weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens.

You'll be working shifts:- 7am – 7pm, 8am – 8pm, 9am – 9pm and waking nights 7pm – 7am.

Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.
