Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a Female Bank Support Worker for Kensington Gardens, Darlington. You will work 42 hours weekly across days, nights and weekends to support adults with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.

Role requires joining a dedicated team, delivering compassionate care and maintaining a safe environment. DBS enhanced check is required, with a strong focus on empowerment and independence for service users.

We are looking for an outstanding Female Bank Support Workers with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You will be working 42 hours per week (days,nights,weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens.

You'll be working shifts:- 7am - 7pm, 8am - 8pm, 10am - 10pm and waking nights 7pm - 7am.

Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.

Due to the occupational needs, and the demands of the service we are only able to accept female applicants for this role
