Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a Female Support Worker for Kensington Gardens, Darlington. This part-time role (24 hours per week) involves shifts across days, evenings, and nights to support individuals with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.

You will work with a dedicated team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care. The role requires a genuine care ethic, strong communication, and a commitment to safeguarding residents.

We are looking for an outstanding Female Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You will be working part time, 24 hours per week (days/nights/alternate weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens.

You'll be working shifts:- 7am - 7pm,8am - 8pm, 9am - 9pm and waking nights 7pm - 7am.

Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.

*Due to the occupational needs, and the demands of the service we are only able to accept female applicants for this role*
