Job summary

Cygnet in Darlington is seeking an outstanding Female Support Worker to provide compassionate care to service users with complex needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours. This is a part-time role (24 hours per week) with day, night shifts and alternate weekends at Kensington Gardens.

You will empower independence, work in a supportive team, and benefit from a robust apprenticeship scheme, regular coaching and appraisal, and a range of benefits
