Active Care Group is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist twins with a neurological condition in their family home. You will work within a dedicated care team, with a stable, planned rota and ongoing shifts on a flexible zero-hours contract.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 2+ in health and social care, are comfortable around clinical equipment, and are caring, patient and reliable. Employees receive DBS checks and induction training, with additional benefits and recognition programs.

We are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic Female support workers to support our clients who are twins who suffer from a neurological condition, in there family home where they live with their Father.

The successful candidate must:

• Hold a NVQ level 2 or above in health and social care
• Be confident and comfortable around clinical equitment
• Be caring, patient, reliable and trustworthy

When you'll be working:

• Monday - Friday day shifts
• Double up shifts
• Monday & Tuesday - 2/2:30pm - 6pm
• Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays 6/7:30am - 6pm

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
