Active Assistance is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to care for a 17-year-old client with complex health needs in Llanrug, Wales. You will work 1:1 with the client both at home and in the community, providing compassionate support and maintaining a consistent care routine.

Role requires a driver with a car due to rural location; full specialist training is provided, and shifts include day and waking night options.

About the role:

Active Assistance are expanding our client base. We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our brand new young client in Llanrug.

Our client is a 17 year old teenage girl who lives at home with her family. She has complex health needs including wheelchair user, non-verbal, PEG fed and epilepsy. You will be supporting her on a 1:1 basis. We will provide full specialist training.

Due to the rural location of the client's home, you will need to be a driver with a car.

Shifts available:

• Day shifts - 10am-6pm - weekdays and weekends available
• Waking nights available x2 a week
• Part time or Full time avaialble, depending how many shifts a week you are looking for

In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
