We are looking for a reliable, compassionate and flexible Support Workerto join our team on a bank/zero-hours basis. This role involves providing consistent support for 7 consecutive days, approximately one week per month. The successful candidate will be expected to commit to their allocated 7-day period, which will be agreed in advance. You will be paid 12 hours based on the following typical schedule:
Please be aware that this schedule may change on a daily basis. The client may ask support workers to step away from the home at different times during the day and then return when needed.
£153.00 per day You'll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday pay on every hour worked
Please note we are recruiting a Female Support Worker due to a genuine occupational requirement of the person we support therefore this role is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 Part Schedule 9
