Job summary

Real Life Options in Falkirk is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist individuals in a care home, promoting independence and helping with daily living tasks such as personal care and medication administration.

You’ll work both independently and as part of a supportive team, on a rota that includes alternate weekends, with accredited training and real opportunities to learn, develop, and grow within a values‑driven organisation.

You’ll become part of a dedicated team of experienced support workers, assisting individuals wihtin the carehome. On a typical day, you’ll help promote independence and support people to meet their chosen goals. This includes help with daily living skills such as personal care, and medication administration.

The individuals we support enjoy a variety of meaningful activities each day, and you’ll play a key role in encouraging and enabling them to achieve their life goals in a safe and happy environment. You’ll work both independently and as part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Do
