Real Life Options is seeking a Female Support Worker in Elgin to help service users live independently with choice and control. You will provide both physical and emotional support, encouraging social relationships and personal development, across home and community settings.
The role is full-time (39 hours per week) and requires a valid UK driving licence. Female applicants only, in line with the Equality Act 2010.

You will be able to help people you support to live the life they want, ensuring they have choices and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will enable them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships socially. You will be working with individuals both at home and within the community.
Due to the nature of the role, this position is open to female applicants only (in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010).
You will need to be flexible as we are a 24-hour service, so shifts vary and include days, evenings and weekends.
Experience is desirable but not essential - full training is provided. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and commitment to delivering quality support.
