Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our Ferndown home. You will support a resident with daily routines and personal care, building trusted relationships while promoting independence.

The role offers guaranteed hours, paid training, a friendly team, and access to Stream for on-demand pay. A full UK manual driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required.

Location: Ferndown, Dorset

Salary £25,525.50 per year (£13.09 per hour) plus benefits.

Hours 37.5 hours per week

Driving Licence A full UK manual licence is required

About The Home

At Arnold Road, Dorset we support a lovely lady who has transitioned from a long stay acute setting to her own home, supported by Seeability. She has moderate learning disabilities but manages her personal care with minimal prompting. The days are filled with visits to the farm to feed the animals, attending local village events such as crafts and singing. Being a confident swimmer is essential as the lady attends weekly swimming.
