Voyage Care in Harleston is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader to influence practice, coach colleagues and improve outcomes for people we support.
In this hands-on role, you’ll work with managers and frontline teams to embed PBS, trauma-informed and person-centred approaches, leading by example and delivering thoughtful, consistent support across services.
