Job summary

CYGNET at Ducks Halt in Kirby-le-Soken, Essex is seeking a confident Female Night Support Worker to deliver outstanding care. You’ll work 40 hours a week on nights, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live independently.

You are genuinely driven, an excellent communicator and a good team player, with sensitivity and energy to provide a trusting, stimulating environment. DBS check required.

We work with each individual to ensure that their life is filled with activities that they enjoy, whilst also supporting them to develop their life skills to enable them to live independently.
