Job summary

CYGNET Fountains is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our high support inpatient rehabilitation service in Blackburn. This full-time role covers 42 hours per week across days, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays, delivering compassionate support to men with complex needs.

You will help maintain a safe, clean environment, document needs, and participate in our apprenticeship scheme and wellbeing resources. A DBS check is required.

Be a part of it.We are looking for a Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care at Cygnet Fountains.You’ll be working full time, 42 hours a week at Cygnet Fountains (working days, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays).Cygnet Fountains is a high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for men who have severe and enduring mental illness and who may have been detained under the Mental Health Act.
