Job summary

Cygnet Newham House is a female-focused neuropsychiatric care facility in the UK. We are seeking a confident Night Support Worker to deliver outstanding care to women with ABI at 42 hours per week, night shifts only.

The role supports rehabilitation and daily living within a modern setting. You will provide physical and emotional support, learn each resident's needs, supervise safety, and maintain a clean environment while fostering independence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in care or support roles.
  • Ability to work night shifts and provide physical & emotional support.
  • DBS check completed or required.

We are looking for a confident Female Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 42 hours a week (night shift only), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Newham House.

Cygnet Newham House is our 20-bed neuropsychiatric care and treatment facility providing rehabilitation for women affected by acquired brain injuries (ABI).

The hospital provides a safe and secure place to aid recovery alongside offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease like Huntington’s Disease, a placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms.

The hospital is a modern, purpose-built facility, designed specifically to provide a clinically‑led evidence-based neuropsychiatric pathway for individuals presenting with behaviours that challenge as a result of their ABI.

Our focus is to create a therapeutic rich environment to engage the women in our care and offer them the opportunity to maximise their independence.
