Job summary

A charity organization in Worksop is seeking a Female Finance Administrator for a part-time role (32 hours per week). The successful candidate will perform various duties including processing timesheets, preparing employment contracts, and generating financial reports. Job description

Female Finance Administrator needed to work for a charity based in Worksop. Part‐time – 32 hours per week. Temporary to permanent opportunity.

Candidates must have a background in finance and have strong administration skills. You will be working in a very busy and demanding environment.

Your duties will include:
  • Collating and processing timesheets, sickness and annual leave forms, travel expenses and more.
  • Preparing contracts of employment.
  • Preparing agendas for monthly management meetings and producing minutes.
  • Formulating budgets annually.
  • Providing monthly reports to management on financial performance against budgets.
  • Chasing payments that have been delayed.
  • General admin duties, answering phone calls and providing cover for absence and holidays.
Experience required:
  • In financial and accounting procedures.
  • Knowledge of wage production.
  • AAT Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Excellent IT skills – word processing, database, and spreadsheet experience.
  • In preparing monthly management reports, including analysis.

Candidates must have a full UK driving licence and own transport.
