Shaftesbury North East is seeking an Enabling Support Worker to assist people with complex needs in supported living, following each person’s plan and promoting independence. Sleep-in shifts may be required and are paid extra.

Only female applicants are being considered, and a full UK driving licence is required. You will provide support as directed, maintain records, administer personal care and medications, and participate in sleep-ins when necessary.

Competenze

• NVQ/QCF level 2, or willingness to work towards it while in post.
• Minimum 12 months supporting people with complex needs in a supported living setting.

This Enabling Support Worker post sits in the Complex Care Service at Shaftesbury North East. The work centres on supporting people with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern in supported living, following each person's own support plan.
