Shaftesbury North East - Heaton and Walker is seeking an Enabling Support Worker to help people with complex needs live independent, fulfilling lives. A female-only role with a full UK license, no sponsorship available.

You will support service users under directed plans, keep records, and potentially administer personal care and medications. Sleep-in duties attract an additional £60 per sleep-in.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 months' experience supporting people with complex needs within a supported living environment.
• NVQ/QCF level 2 or a desire to work towards the qualification while working
• A person-centred approach and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding support.

Aufgaben

• Provide support and encouragement by taking direction from the person supported and the support plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• May administer personal care and medication; may cover sleep-in sessions (£60 per sleep-in).
