Zusammenfassung

Shaftesbury North East is seeking an Enabling Support Worker to assist people with complex needs in supported living, following each person’s plan and promoting independence. Sleep-in shifts may be required and are paid extra.

Only female applicants are being considered, and a full UK driving licence is required. You will provide support as directed, maintain records, administer personal care and medications, and participate in sleep-ins when necessary.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ/QCF level 2, or willingness to work towards it while in post.
• Minimum 12 months supporting people with complex needs in a supported living setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and their person-centred plan.
• Maintain accurate records at work in line with service requirements.
• Administer personal care and medication when required; cover sleep-in sessions when required.
